KLANG, MALAYSIA – As the full moon cast its rays, devotees in ISKCON Klang showered the gorgeous deities Sri Sri Radha Govinda with rose flower petals to celebrate the auspicious Pushya Abhishek festival. Srimati Radharani had the most captivating smile as though she was simply delighted with the whole affair.
Both the deities were dressed in a beautiful yellow daisies, purple and white flowers. Not to be left out Sri Sri Gaura Nitai were also dressed in flower dress made by the expert hands of Sahadev prabhu. Srimati Radharani’s eyes were painted blue, while Sri Govinda had brown eyes. He also wore beautiful bracelets made of colourful dangling beads. To give it all a local touch the altar was decorated with orchids and ferns from the equatorial forests of Malaysia.
